1. Nature of the service
Our services are digital and performance begins immediately upon payment: full access opens at once. By completing payment you consent to immediate performance; accordingly — in line with the consumer-protection provisions applicable in the State of Kuwait concerning digital products and services whose performance or access has been completed — the right of withdrawal does not apply once access has been opened. This applies to all plans, including SOK Unlimited Access.
2. What we always refund
Any duplicate charge, or any amount collected without the corresponding service being provided, is refunded in full to the original payment method.
3. One-to-one consultations
A consultation may be rescheduled free of charge if requested at least 24 hours before its time. If we fail to deliver the consultation, the amount is refunded in full.
4. Recurring subscriptions
You may cancel renewal at any time (see the Terms of Service); amounts for the current period, in which access was opened, are not refunded.
