Reader
The Reader works alongside our instructors in the academy's live classes. It is a role of service to the knowledge and its people: you read the texts in the live sessions, and you keep the students' learning on track outside of them.
What you’ll do
- Attend the live sessions and read the texts being studied
- Grade student homework and give clear, beneficial feedback
- Create homework and assignments for the classes
- Prepare class materials for the instructors and students
What we look for
- Sound, fluent recitation and comfort reading aloud in a live setting
- Grounded upon the Qur’an and the Sunnah with the understanding of the Salaf. Everything we teach is upon this manhaj, and the Reader must be too
- Reliable availability for the academy’s live schedule
- Organized, consistent, and able to meet deadlines
- This role is open to brothers only
