Ahsanallahu Elaykum. When I was younger I had taken some money from my uncle, now i want to repay it back but I want to give the money to his son having the intention to repay it so that he can give it to him, without him mentioning that it is from me. Is this correct or should I give him myself?

Yes, this is fine, and you do not have to tell him it was from you, because what matters is that the money actually reaches him. So make sure his son hands it over to him.
