AhsanAllahu elaikum Is it permissible to congratulate and gift someone for their exam results when they had previously mentioned that they cheated in those exams Can I give them a gift without intending it as a congratulatory gift for their results

Don't do so it is as if you are condoning it and have no problem with it.
