السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته واحسن الله إليك Is it permissible to go to the doctor if I have health insurance and I pay no money and the government in this country pays a certain amount for me yearly to get check ups and health work done.

If you pay nothing at all and it is the state that pays, it is allowed and you may use it.
