السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته i got a preposal to work for a company they will pay me part to my back and part in cash ill be delivery driving packages my quistion is is it permissible to take the cash part sins there is no income tax paid on it and its iligal to not pay tax in the country

If the law of the country requires tax on this income, then taking it in cash to avoid the tax is not allowed. This is the fatwa of Shaykh Muhammad Hisham: by living in their land you accepted their terms, so you may not use trickery against what you agreed to. (this is 1 opinion and there are other opinions)
