السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Ustadh, if my father owns an investment property in which he pays interest on monthly, and falls into riba. Would it be permissible for me to pay him rent so that I can live in his property? Would it be permissible for him to give me a discounted price on the rent?

If it is his house, and u want to rent from him, then this is allowed and you habe nothing to do with him involved in riba.
