So, is recitation in the night prayer better than the fardh,or can we deduce that the reward of 1000 ayat in fardh is better than the one about night prayer. and is the reward in the hadith for those who are consistent or even once

The fard is more beloved to Allah than the nafl. but this particular reward is stated for standing in prayer generally on 1 saying and in another it is only for night prayer, and virtues are taken from the texts, not worked out by comparison.
