Ahsanallahu ilaykum, May Allah reward you and your family To what extent is it permissible to ask people or prayers, maybe your teachers, friends, and especially your parents? Is this okay, or I shouldn't ask for prayers from people? What can one share with family/friends from the SOK academy?

Yes, it is allowed to ask your parents, teachers or friends to make du’a for you, but it is better to do it rarely and to ask Allah yourself. Shaykh Ibn Uthaymin said that if you ask, intend his benefit too, because the angel says Ameen for him when he prays for you. You can share what you learn no problem in sha'a Allah, the goal is to spread knowledge.
