أحسن الله إليكم I’m learning how to fight for self defense, my trainer wears pads and a special helmet so where there are no injuries caused to the face, is it permissible to strike the head knowing his special training helmet with special pads protects him and he doesn’t feel pain? جزاكم الله خيرا
