أحسن الله إليك Is it permissible for a woman to attend a lecture in the masjid during her menses? And she stays outside the prayer area during the prayer time. جزآك الله خيرا

Imam Ibn Bāz said: Answer: There is no harm in a menstruating woman or a woman in postnatal bleeding attending at the door of the masjid to listen to lessons and admonitions. However, it is not permissible for her to sit inside the masjid, because the Prophet ﷺ said: > “I do not permit the masjid for a menstruating woman or a person in a state of janābah (major impurity).”
