السلام عليكم ورحمة الله احسن الله إليكم Can I make wudu with a pimple patch on my face and treat it the same as a bandage? My pimples easily pop and cause scarring so I use this patch which has medicine in it and also protects it as like a barrier. Should I leave it or should I take it off?

Can't you remove it just for wudhu and then put a new one?
