السلام عليك ورحمة الله وبركاته ahsan Allahu ilayk ustadh, is it better for me to move to my family but there is one non mahram in the household and she is not always properly covered as i know but i have a private room or for me to live alone as i heard there is a prohibition for that

If there is a place that is separate for you, and you are alone and not going to free-mix with her at all, then this is allowed, in sha Allah. But if you do not need that, and you already have your own place, then you can continue as you are right now.
