Every morning I shower/wudu and put on socks after that while in state of wudu, then throughout the day i break wudu multiple times but still wipe over them each time, but sometimes I take them off while not in state of wudu and put them on again for wudu so I can wipe , is this valid?

Everything you said is correct, except for one thing. If you broke your wudu and then you made wudu and wiped on them and so on, if you take your socks off afterwards, you have to make wudu first, and then you can wear socks to wipe on them. You cannot wear the socks while you are not upon purity, not upon wudu, and wipe on them. That is incorrect, and it renders your wudu invalid as well as your salah.
