Salam alaykum Ustadh. If I unintentionally wake just minutes before sunrise, should I still pray the 2 rak‘ah sunnah of Fajr or go straight to the fard? And if I wake after sunrise, do I still pray the sunnah? JazakAllahu khair.

Straight to fajir and u pray the sunnah afterwards. If you wake up after fajir then u pray the sunnah first then the obligation. Eitherway why are u waking up so late! This is forbidden and a catastrophe if it happens due to recklessness we should be very keen on praying on time.
