Ustadh can we combine the intention of praying two sunnah rakats before fajr and two rakats for making wudu? and can we generally combine intentions when praying the sunnah prayers. Jazak Allahu Khairan.

You combine the sunnah of fajir with the 2 rakas of wudhu or entering the masjid because what is meant by these two is just to pray. As for a prayer that is intended on its own like fajir sunnah and thuhr sunnah u can not combine those.
