اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ اَللهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ How must a person arrange themselves between the two sujoods when praying sitting down?

Sit on your left foot and put the right foot on the ground with the fingers pointing towards the qiblah if u can do that or just putting the right foot on the ground is good enough.
