ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ, how does one pray and fast if they are on a long flight with constant time zone changes? جَزَاكَ ٱللَّٰهُ خَيْرًا

When the time comes for the salah they act upon where they are so according to the local time at the time.
