At my school there’s a small musallah. Often I see people praying alone. Should I join one of them or wait for jama‘ah? And if someone enters with me, can we start jama‘ah so others may join, even if some are praying individually? And what to do if I’m in a hurry? Jazakallahu ghairan

You can yes start a jama'ah or join someone as this is not a masjid with an imam that is ratib and set times for the iqamah etc.
