If I pray salah alone at home because the masjid is far even tho I have a family I can pray with, is my salah accepted or rejected? It takes effort to gather them all together and they dont show up even after iqamah unless I ask them individually and wait for them (difficult for me). Im an adult man

Pray in the Jama'ah, even if it's just one person with you. You can ask them nicely, and even if you have to wait a little bit, that's not a problem to get the reward for the Jama'ah, Insha'Allah. You should have patience and not react with a lack of patience. BarakAllahu feek.
