I live in a non muslim country where I do not hear the azan. The time for fajr starts at 5:07 and the mosque I go to makes the azan at 5:28. Another mosque in my area makes the azan at 5:07. Is it permissible for the people praying at home to pray anytime after 5:07 or should they wait for 5:28?
