As-salāmu ʿalaykum Ustadh, Is it permissible for me to refuse moving to a country where the niqāb is banned and there’s severe Islamophobia? My parents are not practicing, they just pray here and there, I’m not married, and I don’t have close family in my current country. Jazāk Allāhu khayran.

This is your personal choice and you see who from your family you can stay with or what you do with your life.
