Assalamu alaikum Ustadh, I have some pants that are below my ankles and don’t have the means to hem them at the moment, is it permissible to fold them up above the ankles? And when it is time for Salah, do I unfold them due to the Hadith of not praying with folded garments?

I would suggest taking them to a tailor and shortening them a little bit.
