Assalam Alaykum Ustadh May Allah reward you Sometimes I have a stuffy nose, how can we do the istinshaq ? And if my nose opens up during wudu, or after (e.g., when going to pray), do i need to repeat the whole wudu from beginning ?

No, we explained in manhaj assalikeen the minimum requirement as is the saying of mujahid even if only 2 fingers go inside. And just by water going inside akhi it is sufficient.
