AhsanAllahu ilaykum In the subcontinent they delay the asr prayer in congregation and there are 2 time periods of asr,1) is a choice period and2) is necessary period so can I delay to pray with them in congregation in the necessary period or I can’t? Can you pls clarify

I am not sure if you mean what you say, but if they only pray jama'ah at the time of necessity, then pray home in congregation at the correct time.
