AhsanAllahu ilaykum In the subcontinent they delay the fajr and asr prayer. Should I first pray at my house when the salah time starts and then later join them when they pray in congregation (at the masjid) or should I only pray with them when they pray?

Of they pray on the correct time pray with them. If they pray outside the time then pray jama'ah at home or look for other masjids.
