AhsanAllahu ilaykum I read in the book of sheik ibn uthaymeen ( May Allah have mercy upon him) that he said if someone close to you was not mindful of salah, the it is not permissible for us to present the corpse to Muslims for funeral prayer. He mentioned this is in The description of Salah.
