Assalamu alaykum Ahsanallahu ilaykum Ustadh Habib Is it permissible for me to buy things for myself like perfume new clothes etc. If I still owe someone a dept ? What restrictions do I have in order to not be sinful ?

You can buy your basic needs, but don't be extravagant this is my advice so that u pay off your debt. Prioritize that.
