Ahsanallahu ilaykum I know someone who works in a hospital and because of his work he misses his salah.is the money that he earns from that job halal?and is it permissible for someone to ask him money knowing that the money is from his salary

The money is halal, but he misses salah because he doesn't pray, doctors and nurses etc they pray akhi.
