السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته I have heard that shaykh al-albaanie said after ruk’oe it is bid’a to put your hands on belly or chest and you should leave them down next to you and i have heard that shaykh ‘uthaymeen said you should put your hands on belly or chest. Which is more correct and why?

Imam Ahmed said both are correct as we don't have concrete evidence designating one or the other.
