السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Suppose someone prays in a musala that’s in a building that always establishes the 5 daily prayers and everyone comes there at a specific time. Does this count as a masjid? Jazakallah Khairan

If it is a waqf (endowed) meaning that u can't simply say tomorrow we will change it from this place or floor to that, then it is a masjid, if not then it is not as the fuqaha mentioned and it is the answer of our sheikh Muhammad Hisham.
