السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته أحسنَ اللهُ إليكم Is the asl in non muslim countries that everyone is a nonmuslim? At what point is someone to be considered a muslim? Appearance, prayer etc? There are people going aroudn and saying that the sahaba tested people. Jazakallahu khairan

Whoever shows what indicates Islam, such as the two testimonies or praying, is judged a Muslim. As for going around and testing people, I know of no evidence for this.
