السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته Is it ok to revise my Quran hifdh & check my memorization with a brother that is dear to me, who has good 'aqidah, but maybe not "100%" salafi? From what I know he is sincere to Allah, tries to rectify himself & has some knowledge, and holds khutbah for jumu'ah.

I do not understand what you mean by that. If it is someone who is going to affect your Aqeedah and you need to protect your religion from his doubts and suspicions, then it is better not to. What if it is the opposite? If it is actually somebody who will listen to you, insha'Allah, and you can help him understand the correct Aqeedah, then keep advising him. However, be cautious so that he does not drag you into his mistakes.
