What type of pants are haram to wear. Like is it ok if the shape of the butt is visible, and mine is big for my height, also my softer pants (not jeans) do show the visible bulge of my private part. Can you shed some light on this matter because I dont know where to draw the limits.

Just buy loose trouser that don't show the awrah or its shape, or just wear thobes if that is normal in your society, but without waswas as the ones who suffers from waswas considers any shape to be tight no matter how loose it is.
