Ustad as we know it's obligatory for a woman to obey her husband in matters that aren't haram, what if the husband says, " for 20 years you are not allowed to leave the house " or to tell her to do hijab even in front of mahrams, so like is there a limit in obeying in that which is permissible ?

That doesn't sound like a reasonable man. When we marry we need to grow up and act like adults. Imagine if he did something wrong and his parents came and said u won't leave the house for twenty years, what will he say?
