Ahsan Allahu ilaykum - What is the major and minor 'Awrah for men and women? - What to do if we doubt an obligation in Salaah?

A man’s awrah is from the navel to the knee, the private parts being the major awrah and the thigh the minor, as Shaykh al-Albani said. A woman in prayer covers all her body except the face, and the scholars differ on her hands. If you truly doubt during the prayer an obligation, make sujud al-sahw. A doubt after the prayer, or a constant one, is ignored.
