اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ ustadh, Is it better to pray right when the time of salah starts and pray alone or to delay salah 45 min - 1h in order to be able to pray in congregation?

Imam Ibn Uthaymin said it might even be obligatory to delay here to attain the jamaah, so long as the prayer is not taken out of its time.
