If the congregation is doing Dhikr together right after Salah, is it better to sit and do your Adhkar by yourself or is it better stand up directly and do the Adhkar for example in the car?

You can do the athkar even while walking. And this depends on you may Allah protect us and you. If it does not affect you then you can sit away from them and make your athkar and pray or read the quran etc.
