السلام عليكم ورحمة الله 1) Is it permissible to pray with an abaya without pants? If the one behind me would lift his head during sujud, he would be able to see my awrah. 2) Is it permissible to offer money to someone such that he moves out of a rented apartment sooner?

1) Cover yourself and don't fall into waswas. 2) If his rental term is still running it is allowed, because he owns the use for that period and may take compensation for giving it up. If his term has ended he has nothing left to be paid for, and he may not demand money to leave.
