السلام عليكم و رحمة الله و بركاته Ahsanallahu ilaykum Ustadh Is the prayer valid if a women saw after the prayer that she had a fluid coming out of the private part and she didn’t feel anything at the prayer or before the prayer.

Her prayer is valid. She only repeats if she is certain it came out during the prayer, and if she does not know whether it was during it or after it, there is no repetition.
