The logo of my university is a hindu/buddhist god. I am about to graduate, but I would have to print my final thesis with this logo and possibly wearing clothes with this symbol when I graduate. Is this kufr? I think I have have waswas but I don't see how I can ignore this. What do I do?

Do not abide by these things. I do not believe they will fail you just for submitting without the symbol and dressing differently, and you know your situation best.
