Assalam alaykum Ustadh I recently reverted to Islam (3 days ago) from hinduism and my family is very practising. The family does not know I am Muslim. On Fridays, I must go to my family’s work early morning to after afternoon. Am i sinful for skipping Jumuah? What do you advise me to do?

Congratulations on your Islam — may Allah keep you firm and complete His favour upon you. You are not sinful. The scholars state when there is real threat and harm if one's Islam is discovered, he is excused from the obligations he cannot perform — this religion is ease, and Allah does not burden a soul beyond what it can bear. On the Fridays you truly cannot leave, pray Dhuhr in its time instead. However if this is not your case, then it is obligatory upon you to pray the Friday prayer and attend the 2 sermons.
