Assalamu Alaykum Ustadh, After fajr and maghrib salah, are you meant to recite the 3 quls x1 or x3? I am very confused on the matter. I know for morning and evening adhkar the 3 quls are x3 but unsure for after fajr/maghrib salah?

Yes, some of the people of knowledge have said this. However, I know of no evidence that is authentically established in regards to this, specifically in regards to the repetition three times after Fajr and after Maghrib.
