أحسن الله إليكم Regarding Hadith of the prohibition of combing one’s hair everyday- 1) does it apply to both women and men? 2) if a man combs his hair multiple times a day then is this considered makruh or haram?

It is not forbidden. What is meant is thay a person does not exaggerate with these things.
