احسن الله اليكم Shaykhana may Allah ﷻ preserve you. What is the ruling on reading Qur'an on the newborn for example you want your newborn baby to grow up listening to the Qur'an so you recite it next to the baby or play the Qur'an in the presence of the baby. Is this good or is it a bidd'ah?

You can make Ruqya upon the baby and you can fill your house with recitation of the Quran and mentioning of the Messenger (peace be upon him). It will only bring Barakah to your life and your house. Barakallahu feekum.
