احسن الله اليكم Shaykhana may Allah ﷻ preserve you. In the disbelieving countries when our woman go outside with niqab they attract a lot of unwanted attention and harassement by both disbelieving men and women. They feel very unsafe and results in much harm. What is the ruling?

She stays at home, alhamdulillah, many things can be ordered online today. Men of the family should go and take care of all their needs because they know there is harm for them outside. They shouldn't leave them in need, so she feels like she has no other choice other than going out and enduring that harm.
