السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته I have a question about غرر. I'll give an example. I buy a pack of sweets. They say there's either strawberry flavour in there or raspberry. I love this brand of sweets and like both flavours. I don't mind either flavour I just want some sweets. Is this allowed? Why?

I do not know, and Allah knows best, whether this is from the minute gharar that is forgiven, or because it is the subject of the contract that wouldn't fall into that category. I am torn between the two. I do not know, and Allah knows best.
