I was looking at being an appointment setter. But Shaykh there are many setting jobs, and I'm finding it hard to work out which is haram or not. What set of principles should I use to work it out? Also, I'm Salafi who follows Hanafi madhab. They say indirectly helping sin is not necessarily sinful?

Appointment setting is not forbidden, but I do not know the details that led you to saying that they are forbidden. However, there are many companies, Allahumma barik, that teach appointment setting and stay away from that which is forbidden. I have spoken to at the very least four different companies who do it Islamically, according to what I have heard from them.
