In Hanafi madhab I've seen it mentioned that (1) indirect help in sin is not sinful and (2) that you can work for company if less than 50% of their activities are haram (or similar statements) I wanted to ask if Salafiyys following hanafi madhab are 100% obligated to not follow 2 these positions.

The madhhabs are not binding on anyone, and what is obligatory is following the evidence, whether it agrees with the madhhab or not, as the scholars including Imam Abu Hanifah said that their madhhab is what is authentically reported from the hadeeths. So whichever position the evidence shows to be wrong is left, and positions are not picked according to what suits one’s desires.
