السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته بارك الله فيك وَأَنْتُمْ فَجَزَاكُمُ اللَّهُ خَيْرً I want to marry a sister but her parents do not pray. But her older brother prays sometimes not regulary and he goes to Jummah if he can and doesnt if he cant. Can he be her Wali despite this?
